Spoiltmom, what insurance do you have? I just got approval with BCBS last week... BMI 37... with High Blood Pressure...

by all means DO NOT diet now...that will come later. wear heavy shoes/clothes and drink Water 45 minutes before weighing in. I tried 2 quarts and gained 4.5# in that time..maybe it will help.
