Just found out my blood work showed I was Vit D deficient, I'm sure they will go over this at my post-op visit but I was wondering if anyone is supplementing vit D after LapBand? Is there a liquid version? I know I could get it from the sun but I am very faired skinned and I avoid the sun like, well, like I'm a vampire. :sad: Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
jingleboob 5 Posted July 16, 2010 I was found deficient too in my original bloodwork. They put me on an 8 week (once a week) high dose RX of Vit. D. It's a little geltab and it's like 50,000 mgs! Done! All good now. If you get a Calcium supplement with Vitamin D in it you should be just fine. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
