For some reason I have started snacking on junk food, candy cookies....etc. If anyone can give me some pointers on how to get back on track. I would appreciate it. Don't beat yourself up it happens to all of us! Just start choosing healthier foods. Are you exercising? Do you have good restriction. That may also account for not loosing.
