HeatherGurl 0 Posted November 30, 2005 We have talked about this before... and I thought I was eating plenty of them since I have been eating what I want right now. Well, my lunch is a Campbell's Soup at Hand... only 130 calories! My Breakfast is a Protein shake with about the same... I seriously doubt that whatever I eat for supper will equal up to 800-900 calories? I am not a big calorie counter (brainwashed by the great Dr. Atkins) so what can I do to ADD some healthy calories?
