I am 53 today and feel very fortunate. Thank you to all of you who post their questions and to all of you who take the time to answer and help others. I have come here countless times to find comfort and inspiration. I was banded in January of this year and have lost 40 lbs. and I am looking forward to losing another 60 lbs. It is an amazing journey made much easier by all of you. Thank you again! Good luck to all of you.
