LaurenKauf 0 Posted July 12, 2010 Hi There LapBanders! So in order to get myself back in check, and help a few of my fellow Chat Bandie Buddies out. I'm starting "Mini Challenges" every week. Each new Mini Challenge will be posted at some point on Sunday Night. Feel Free to join in!! Post your Mini Challenge start weight and your Mini Challenge Goal Weight in your post and leave words of encouragement for others and yourself! (See My Example below) Make sure you come in and post when You've gotten in your 30 minutes of Cardio too!! My biggest problem personally has been accountability and motivation. I thought this may help myself as well as others!! SO...this first Mini Challenge is going to be: 30 Minutes of Cardio Exercise 3 times this week AND Weight Loss of 1 (ONE) pound!
