I think my older sister has sporatic hyptertension, but I think that is being treated by high blood pressure drugs. My younger brother has decided that he is the only true Webb Heir, and that he should have gotten all our grandfather's everything, and our father's everything. He sent notice to our Aunts and Uncle to notify them that they are not the true heirs of their father, but that he is.
