Any Stratigies for Banster Hell? Ugh a holiday weekend and I ate.. I was banded May 27th and suddenly I am ravenous! I could eat my desk.. Will a fill help this? I have one week to go for the fill.. I really feel guilty and have gained 2 pounds... makes me really discouraged :thumbup: I am drinking and drinking... I just want to eat! Any Ideas that worked for you? let me know.
