Hernia and Banded...Questions

I was banded on June 30th. When I came out of surgery, my doctor told me that he also repaired my hiatal hernia that I didn't know I had. I have had the obvious aches and pains from the LAP-BAND® surgery, but I am somewhat concerned about some "new" ailments that I have. I seem to be very short of breath and at times light headed. I also have a lot of chest tightness when I am laying on my back and sometimes when I am simply at rest. I never had any problems with breathing before and I am starting to panic. Please let me know if you have had any issues like this. This is a great sight and I have learned so much already from reading all of your posts.

This is normal... take deep breathes it will get better!
