Kelliebelly 13 Posted November 28, 2005 I had my step daughters 18th last weekend and decided to do entree type things before the main. I gave your egg muffins a go with egg bacon and cheese. Took me all of 10 mins to make and they were an absolute HIT!!!! I didnt make enough, people wanted the recipe and were praising my fine cooking skills. NJChick 3 Posted November 28, 2005 Hey Kelly, I'm so thrilled you all liked them. Easy peasy huh. When I go back to work next week I'll be making them for my Breakfast. I freeze them and grab one on the way out the door so by the time I get to work they are defrosted and I only nuke them for a few seconds. I hope you didn't give out the recipe...you should tell them its an old recipe from your grandma that you just can't give out LOLOL !!!! just kidding Your very welcome !! Sandra, 1/2 and 1/2 is in the dairy section by the heavy cream. Its 1/2 milk 1/2 cream. You can use anything to the recipe, modify it to fit your diet.
