hi im 10 days in on my liquid diet everything was going great im getting banded july 7th but today it seemed nmw i drank im starveing and i even felt sick from it anyone go though this

If you are drinking Protein Shakes that are sweet could you try chicken broth (just liquid no veg) which would be warm and salty?

fortunately for me, i only had 2 days of liquid. d chicken broth helpd!
