Well I am on my pre-op diet!!! Surgery set for Thursday Dec. 11th.

and I can't believe how many people are still trying to talk me out of doing this!

Things are going well except I am hungry most of the time and I am having a lot of trouble trying to figure out what I can eat. But I must be doing something right because I have already lost 6 pounds!!!:cool: If anybody has recently had their surgery at St. David's in Austin please Email me at kstephens@smartmailaustin.com
