Whillow 0 Posted June 30, 2010 So i wanted to throw this out there for anyone who can not tolerate bread at all .. like me... I have been using wheat and gluten free products for bread, small amounts what i buy is one serving per peice but i get three servings out of it. tonight i ordered pizza for the family and they had a wheat and gluten free crust so i figured what the heck and i was able to eat it just fine.. 2 very small peices -- so while staying within the amount guild lines i was able to enjoy a piece of pizza - my pcp. not band dr. said it is because the gluten is regular bread is what causes it to dough up in our bellys when we eat it... there for the gluten free is not an issue this is the brand i have tried cheese for breakfast.. NOT ALL 4 SLICES usually only 1 or 2 just wanted to toss it out as an idea for anyone who really can not tolerate bread.. my next thing to try is a gluten free Pasta - mainly for tuna macaroni salad or veggie pasta salads.
