Small glass of wine okay on full liquids/purees?

Hubby bought a bottle of wine, and I figured a very small glass wouldn't hurt me. I'm day 9 post-op.

What do you guys think?

Its one of those questions I wouldnt ask the doctor because I may not want to hear the answer, lol.

If its only very occasional, I wouldnt worry, but I fully intend to go back to my glass of wine 3 or 4 times a week (but it'll be pre dinner now, not with dinner) after I'm back to regular food.

Well I figure wine IS a liquid lol. My lapband booklet actually talks about the health benefits of small quantities of red wine - I didn't need much more convincing than that lmao
