Isa Bella 0 Posted September 9, 2010 Count me in! It's approximately 15 weeks till X-mas so Im going for 2lbs a week making it a 30lb weight loss goal. lauragshsu 6 Posted September 18, 2010 I'm so close (15.2lbs, which equals out to a little more than a pound a week). Unfortunately, I'm having band issues and go in for a fluro on Wednesday. I had an appt on the 10 (I was hungrier and though I needed a fill). I actually came away with having some Fluid taken out. The physicians assitant thought I was overfilled because I would vomit maybe once a week. Well, a week later I'm still vomiting and she scheduled the flouro to see if everything is ok. We currently have a total of 571 lbs lost- that's incredible!!! So how is everyone doing on their goal? I've only fot 13.6lbs more to go on mine. I'm trying to decide if I should bump it up some more, but I think I'll stick with my original goal. Only have about 15 or so left to lose and I should definitely hit that before Christmas. I'm not sure if I want to change my goal or not; I probably won't. Plus it always feels great to surpass it! Betelnut 10 Posted September 28, 2010 I haven't lost weight in 6 months :smile2: due to just not trying. I really need a kick in the butt. Now that the weather is starting to get cooler, I am beginning to walk again. I want to lose about 10-15 pounds by Christmas--get me down to 200 pounds which will be nice!
