MarilynJ6354 5 Posted June 20, 2010 :thumbup:As of this morning I have lost 35 lbs in exactly 5 months and I am pleased. My BIG thrill is that this morning I weighed 199...under 200 FINALLY after going back and forth a pound or two for the past week. I am so excited, especially to see my BMI drop so much these past 5 months. Changing up my workout seems to be a crucial part of this process, for me anyway, so I add variety each week. My son got me a mini iPod Shuffle for my birthday and I loaded it up with some great workout music which is a motivator. That eliptical gets a real workout when I work to the beat. The heat is rough down here in Charlotte, in the 90s, so right now the gym is my only workout, which is fine. I added 10 minutes more to make up for not working outside. Hope the rest of you are doing great!

MarilynJ6354 5 Posted June 22, 2010 We are all doing awesome!! I go to the doctor this Friday for the post op psych evaluation and possible fill, although I'm not sure I will do it. I have only lost 6 lbs in the last month but I like losing it slowly. I seems to prevent any sagging, at least for me.
