i am trying to change most of my bad eating habits. it is quite a challenge! But the one thing I am terrible at is night time eating. I will have done the right thing all day including exercising then around 11 as i am up studying i will find myself at the fridge door. Some nights i dont give in to it but sadly some i do. Last night i did and i wasnt even that hungry. If anyone else has dealt with this bad habit and overcome it I would love to hear your tips. It makes me really frustrated!

There are tricks to curb hunger like brushing your teeth when you get the urge to eat.

Night eating in itself isn't bad if you can be satisfied with a piece of fruit; a cup of fat free yogurt; sugar free pudding cup or a small bag of baked chips.

sugar free popsicles, or I save the 40 calories for a sf fudgesicle. a big old glass of Water, flavored or not helps me, also. I always keep some portioned out bags of Snacks around. I keep them at 50 calories, whether they are almonds, Cereal, etc. If you have kids they are great for bag filling!

I also take a few deep breathes and a few moments to think. It helps with several of my bad habits!

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
