jen36 1 Posted June 19, 2010 So I was good all day today until I went over my friends house she went to McDonalds and I had 6 chicken nuggets and 1 double cheeseburger with no bun!!!!! I feel so guilty because I didn't go to the gym either today just a 20minute walk!!!!! Need to get back on the ball tomorrow, I have 3.66cc's in my band right now I thought I would not be able to eat that much but it went down with no problem... I had about 1200 calories all together today so I guess that isn't too bad I have been staying around 900 a day. Just got to shake it off and not do that again!!!! Don't forget what you are feeling right now. Embrace it and ask yourself, "do I ever want to feel like this again?" Then get back on the bandwagon and keep going. Don't waste your energy on anger and aggravation. Take it to the gym or go for a long walk. We've all been there at some point and this is the point where many of us have just given up. We all make mistakes and the key is the positive focus the next day. We all spent enough years feeling bad at ourselves - now we need to work on adopting a positive attitude that will serve us well in the future. Just remember, it is not what you eat in one day that determines your weight, but the pattern of eating over time. Perfection is not required, a lifestyle change is.
