Jammin & Losin 1 Posted November 25, 2005 I feel tighter in the mornings and I'm 8 months out from surgery. As the day goes on I loosen up and feel less restricted! If you just got banded it could be alot of gas that is built up and it will settle down in a few days. Wallking will help with the gas and I would try drinking something warm in the mornings (warm tea or broth)... that seems to help with that tight feeling too!!!
