Hello everyone! My name is Michelle, I'm 32. I'm new to the message board so bear with me as I figure out how this all works. I'm so excited I finally have my surgery date. I will get my band on the 16th of July. I'm nervous but ready to start my journey. :(

Welcome Michelle! This site is a great resource for the entire journey you will begin soon. Visit often, ask any question you can think of and trust that someone has gone through it and can answer you back. It's a great site! Good luck on the 16th !

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
