monkeymama 0 Posted June 12, 2010 I have been taking pills since the day of surgery. Like previous poster I was prescribed pain meds in pill form. I have no problems with them. I have 5cc in my band and took my Vitamins today with no problem. Some docs do tell folks to avoid aspirin and NSAIDs like advil and alleve... Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
