agiudice 0 Posted June 11, 2010 banded on Monday, it's Thursday. Surgery was fine, doc said my innards were wonderful. Came out of anethesia fine. I was very gassy and swollen stomach. In fact I still have shoulder pain. Past few days have been iffy . Pain wa more than I thought it would be. Honestly my c-sections were way easier . Last night, the skin on my neck felt itchy and strange. No biggie, I get hives from my dogs sometimes. Wake up and my wrist hurts, feels swollen. I think I slept funny on it. About 3 hours later I have hives all along y forearm, and my wrist really hurts. It swells a bit and starts to feel numb. Numbness spreads up my neck to my bottom lip. Paged doc, he is at hospital about 40 miles north of me. Wants me to meet him immediatly. Ended up speanding 7 hours in the ER. No one really knows why this happened. No blood clot on Ultrasound. They are saying it's how my nervous system reacted to the anesthesia, perhaps. Anyway my right forearm is ON FIRE....
