Flipped port & dr. couldn't get fluid out!!

I have a flipped port and my doctor has always been able to get Fluid out when giving me a fill but today he was not able to get any. He is going to do a fill under flouro in a few weeks to see what is going on. Hoping there is not a leak or a problem. Anyone have this before or heard of it?
