Hello everyone, my name is Emily and I am from Cincinnati Ohio and I am getting the LAP-BAND® on june 8th 2010. Right now I am on my pre-op phase and that consumes of the liquid diet. I am having some trouble here and there and I thought that it would help me out if I had a buddy to talk to. Someone who is going through or has gone through the process and I could become friends with.

I am very excited and determined to make this whole journey successfull. I know that I will have to put in alot of hard work and dedication and I am ready for it. So please reply and let me know if anyone would like to make a buddy as well. Thanks to all!!

I had my surgery Feb 15,2010...It is the best thing that I've done for myself. I had some problems withthe liquid diet, because I traveled with work and it was very hard. You can do it:thumbup:.
