Do you feel weak afterwards and what are the band rules

I am waiting on insurance but had a few questions? Do you feel weak living on 1000-1200 calories a day? Will I have enough energy to workout right away? What are the band rules? I want to decrease any chance of complications and I have read to follow all the band rules so I wondered what they are. Thanks!
