I was wondering if someone from each stage of banding (before, week following, 2 weeks after, 3 weeks after and 4 weeks after) would be willing to post what your day looks like. I'm not asking for exact foods eaten, but maybe something like this:

8am Protein shake

9am started Water, sip 64 oz over the course of the day

10am drank more from Protein Shake

11am treadmill - 20 minutes

etc

See, I've read all the material and it's in my head but I'm just not sure how to keep it in front of me. My surgery is 2 weeks away.
