gingerjane 5 Posted May 21, 2010 I agree with the other posters that you might need to up your calories for a bit. If you're working out more than you used to, your body could go into starvation mode and hold on to everything you eat. Does your doctor's office have a nutritionist you can talk to? They can sort of help guide you through that part because I've had trainers say to up the calories so that your body realizes that you will feed it. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Nonoma 0 Posted May 28, 2010 Omg....so much information. I admire some of you that excercise as much as you do! I thought I was doing good but in comparison to some of you...WOW...I'm doing nothing. :ohmy: There isn't enough time in the day nor do I have the stamina to up my exercise at this point. I never thought about eating MORE. That just scares me! I feel like I'm eating all the time because the band only holds me for a couple hours. Perhaps I'll try weight watchers again....I'm just afraid that I wont be able to eat as much as the plan calls for. All I know is, this sucks and something's got to give.
