Morgan from OR 0 Posted August 3, 2010 Doing ok... just passed the "halfway" mark (lost more then I have left to lose) I would put myself in the slow loser category - but I am just fine with that!! Slow and steady... Hope all the other December 2008 bandsters are doing good

EmeraldCoastPhotog 0 Posted November 4, 2010 Hey All, I am glad to see you are still around and losing. Great job with all the successes. I know when I got my head straight I started to get my losing straight as well. Finally I am at my sweet spot and eating is under good control. I am due for another follow up appointment next Thursday. Everyone hang in there and I hope to see all of you at the finish line. Fran
trina4ufl 0 Posted November 12, 2010 Hi all! Hope everyone is doing well! I just had a TT and breast reduction covered by insurance and am just over a month out. I'm now 133 pounds down total from when I started this journey. I am so much happier. I will say the biggest things that helped were regular fills and follow up appointments, and going to the gym at least 3 days per week, sometimes every day. This has really changed my life!!!
