If you like silver jewelry...

Recommended Posts

....and are williing to be sucked in to this addictive site:

http://www.silverjewelryclub.com/

My sis turned me on to this. Pretty decent jewelry, some with real gemstones. The item is free, you pay $6 shipping and handling. My sis has friends who have used it and she has as well. Good quality stuff. None of it outrageous, just fun stuff.

I can't vouch for it personally, but damn, the concept of only one item every 15 minutes has me totally ADDICTED waiting for the next item to come along.....

Enjoy....but don't say I didn't warn you.

I personally have a terrible OCD personality and so this website is terrible for me! lol!!

So is this legit, have you ordered stuff from here??? Sounds like you have, but do you have to give them your credit card # for the shipping charges. I'm so skeptical of things like this cause I've learned that nothing ever is really free. So give me the scoop.. I love silvery jewelry, but I don't want to get ripped off.

Well, so I personally used PayPal to pay for it so I don't give them my credit card number....I prefer that.

I haven't gotten any of my orders yet, but I got emails that they shipped today (one day turn). My sister has used this successfully.

I don't blame ya'll for being skeptical...I am too.

Hey, do a websearch on it...I did and found a lot of hits. Definitely check out anything like this on the 'net!!!!!

Like I said, I don't personally vouch for it...what is that ol' saying?? Buyer beware? lol!!

Edit to say....this company also sells on eBay under the seller name DiaGeminc (got this from the website) so maybe you can check out feedback there??

That's a neat site. They have some nice things on ebay, but most is out of my price range there. Maybe if I see a ring for when we renew our vows on this site I'll give it a try. That's a pretty great deal, just hopefully legit.

Boohoo, I can't wear silver, anybody know of a site that's got good 14k prices? If it's not 14k then I'll breakout like I've got hives.

But the other stuff I got I love and yes watch the size cause I did not pay attention the first time around and got a size 8 and that is way to big for me.. But I love my purchases.

Just been waiting until time for my consult with my bariatric surgeon. It's scheduled for Jan 9th. Turns out I won't actually be seeing him. Apparently it'll be with his P.A.             Not sure what to expect. I thought this is where the surgeon would discuss the best surgery option for me. For years I had my heart set on the sleeve, but I've read so many people have issues with reflux - even if they've never had it before - that they've had to be revised to the bypass. I already deal with GERD & take 40 mg of Omeprazole daily, so I started studying about bypass and honestly, it seems like it might be the better choice for me. How can we discuss surgery options if the surgeon is not there?
What happened at your first consult? Trying to get an idea of what to expect, or maybe I should say, what NOT to expect.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.
