jensmallwood 0 Posted May 13, 2010 My doctor is happy with .5 to 2 pounds per week. I've been losing on average a bit more than 10 pounds per month (yay!). This week I've been losing much more quickly because I had a fill last Friday (I've lost 5 pounds already this week.) I know that'll slow down soon, but I'm enjoying it while I can! jmw0424 0 Posted May 19, 2010 grrrrr wish I was loosing that much per week. it is going much slower for me. Sure it is my fault I try to do the 2 shakes 3 snakes and dinner, but I almost NEVER make it. I have not fould restriction yet and I am still having a hard time knowing when I am full. I am starting to measure my food and not get seconds, but I get hungry like stomach growling and twisting hungry with in 1.5-2 hrs. it makes it really hard to stick to this "diet" on a good note I am not gaining weight :w00t: Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
