Fern 0 Posted June 22, 2010 argh. After a great week being down to 206, my weight bounced WAY up Sunday a +4!. 207 Monday evening, so a -1 for the week. I'm exercising like crazy and the scale is disappointing day after day. I just hope to be in onderland by the 4th. I don't have much restriction yet...I hope I'm not a slow looser forever. I've had a normal appetite, but haven't been able to exercise or do any yard work because of the pain of popping an interior stitch on Sunday.
