Katy517 1 Posted May 9, 2010 Is this for me? My first fill will be on 5/26, which is six weeks post-op. I've factored that in as two add'l liquid diet days, albeit clear ones. That means approximately five weeks of solids after 1st fill. Three pounds per week sounds awesome. I was told to plan for an average of 3 pound a week, that may be high but if you are following things and exercising I dont think it is to unrealistic. When are you scheduled for a fill? mom2girls 1 Posted May 9, 2010 Okay lets try this again, mothers day challenge I did not meet my goal but i did lose so I am happy. I am aiming for 21 lbs.
