aimeeoutdoors 0 Posted September 28, 2006 Breakfast: Protein pudding with blueberries/strawberries (1/2 cup) coffee with Creamer and splenda Snack: nada Lunch: McD's Oriental salad couldn't eat much of it Snack: prot pudding from bkfast Dinner: rotisserie chicken fried potatoes (maybe 2 slices of potato) some leftover salad Snack: 1 caramel Have very good restriction right now!
