Where's the cup to take to the car with me. One good pb ahhhhh feel better. Paper cups are better then styrofome.(sp) S: 2 Mc D Cookies and 1/2 sundae D: salad Today I don't know, didn't bring anything. Wednesday B-fast South Beach Breakfast Burrito lunch South Beach Chesse pizza, I added six circles of pepperoni (I ate the whole rest of the bag of pepperoni the two days before) snack, sugar free, fat free yogurt dinner South Beach Frozen Dinner Snack sugar free, fat free yogurt --I lost five lbs in two days, broke my plateau. I had my 2cnd fill on Tuesday and by God I think its working!!:clap2: I felt no restriction after the 1st fill and gained weight. I have to learn to eat without drinking!! I think I get that stuck feeling and try to wash it down!:omg: . Congrats on your weight loss guys!! You are doing wonderful!!!!
