Jachut 487 Posted August 16, 2006 I have the swelling after restriction thing too - I've had 5 fills now for 2.5cc in a 4cc and every single fill I've thought was "the one". Um, lets see today Breakfast - a piece of heavy grain toast with Peanut Butter lunch - lentil and vegetable Soup and a wholemeal crumpet dinner - marinated chicken breast (lime and chilli), steamed vegies about to have a low fat hot chocolate.
