S cantelope/grapes/banana

L sunchips, malted milk balls

D KFC chicken leg/thigh

S plain sunday, sugar cookie

Mon 8/7/06

B: Unjury

S: hard boiled egg & turkey pattie

L: baked chicken, squash & collards

S: corn chips, oreo cookies:rolleyes:

D: salmon over rice & squash n onions

B=cup of tea and 3 spoons of chili

L=3 slices of smoked sauage (very small slices)

2 pieces of grilled zuchinni

D=1/3 of crabcake, 1 piece of zuchinni

Water intake=45ozs.

8/8

B=3 spoons of chilli

L=1 slice of turkey & ham w/cheese on a low carb wrap

D=Baked chicken no floor or gravy & Broccolli

water intake: 50ozs.

Wednesday

I don't know what I'm eating today except that I have 2 baby pp and about 5 chicken wings.

fruit bowl/granola bar

D burger/mashed potatoes

D ice cream/cookies

I did my day of liquids and now I'm on mushies. In the hand-out I recv'd crackers, toast, baked tortilla chips and Pork rinds were listed under mushies b/c they disintegrate easily.

You just want me to share my tuna salad don't cha:p :heh: :hungry:
