:hungry: L-3 oz of spaghetti sauce,cheese off of a slice of pizza

:hungry: D-beans with cheese

snack-a bite of a breadstick dipped in sauce.

a bite of cheesecake

Saturday

:hungry: B-protein shake

:hungry: L-wheat thins with spinach dip - pb'd & slimmed for hours!:omg:

:paranoid :nervous liquids for the rest of the day.

:hungry: D-cream of chicken Soup

snack-5 Lays bar b que chips

Saturday:

Breakfast, one egg, one piece bacon and a piece of toast

lunch: chicken and avocado on a wholegrain roll

afternoon: handful of walnuts

dinner: bowl of baked Beans

Sunday:

breakfast: muesli

lunch: pumpkin Soup and garlic and parmesan bread

dinner: chicken (lime curry marinade) fillet, rice, broccoli and carrots

glass of chardonnay

B- nada- knew I would be going to Sams Club...

L-slice of cheese pizza and a large rasberry tea, not diet :rolleyes:

S- bowl of cornflakes w/ splenda

D- Turkey Hotdot w/ a slice of potato bread

B- Sausage Patty

S- boiled egg

L- lean cuisine and some lettuce

S- 1/2 cup of pineapples

D- chicken salad on one slice of potato bread

6/04-- breakfast- Southwest Egg beaters with Reduced fat cheese (350 calories)

--lunch--wheat thins with hummus dip (200 calories)

dinner--a "little bit" of grilled chicken salad with reduced fat ranch (250 calories)

total--800 calories

June 5th

Breakfast - Honey Puffs Cereal and 1% milk

Snack - Two Doughnuts <--- okay they are all gone now, no more

Lunch - chicken, corn, potatoes (TV Dinner)

Snack - Quaker Oat Bar

Dinner - Cabbage, potatoes, salmon , shrimp, chicken wings

Water - 48 oz

Tea - 20 oz

D: 7 layer dip w/ chips, 1 leg fried chicken

S: 4 chips ahoy Cookies

exercise-none! So unmotivated right now.Haven't lost anything in about a week and I feel my fill is loosening up.

I knew we were going out to dinner for our 5 year anniversary,so I purposely skipped breakfast and lunch.< /p>

Water -lots of ice tea

exercise-walked 2 miles

      Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
      1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

        All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

      I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.

      Woohoo! I have 7 more days till surgery, So far I am already down a total of 20lbs since I started this journey.
