But compared to BEFORE the band my eating has dramatically improved! 4/11/06 B: Metagenics shake (no Unjury) L: Teriyaki chicken, veggies, salad, 1/2 slice choco cake (at luncheon) D: Metagenics shake w/ Unjury (I had a fill at 3:30) 4/12/06 B: Metagenics shake w/ Unjury - 190 calories, 25g Protein L: Sundried Tomato & basil tuna w/ wheat crackers - 222 calories, 18g protein S: Birthday cake & ice cream - guessing 350 calories, 3g protein D: Southwest WW Frozen dinner - 140 calories, 20g protein S: chips Ahoy 100 calorie pack - 100 calories, 1g protein Totals: 1002 calories, 67g protein Fill hasn't made one lick of difference!
