L: 3 quesadilla(sp) triangles, 1 baked chicken wingette & handful of tortilla chips w/refried Beans, f.f sour cream & salsa

B: unjury

S: hard boiled egg

L: baked salmon w/side salad

D: turkey burger (no bun) & stir-fry veggies

S: pork rinds

waterrrrrrr all day long

B- coffee

L- Prime rib w/ mozerellla and onions, half serving of mashed potatos

D- 6 jerk chicken wings, fried bananas

6 oz. bacardi rum

lots of crystal lite

3/18

B-Coffee

L- wendys chili and 5 chicken nuggets

D- ?? I forgot

3/19

B- 1/4 cup of ground turkey in spagetti sauce, 1/4 cup cauliflower

L- 3 triangle of quesadillas, 4 wingettes with barbaque sauce

D- Pork chop

3/20

B- EAS Protein Shake

L- nothing

D- rice w/ black bean Soup, pork chop

crystal lite.... but I need more Water.< /p>

Woohoo! I'm back and ready to start posting my diet again. I need a little more accountability.

Hey stocky, what kind of chocolate coconut Protein Shake did you have? That sounded SOOOOO good.

Here are today's stats:

B: SF Carnation BF

L: Marinara chicken with spaghetti squash

S: About 15 chocolate chips

D: Snow crab legs and sauteed spinach (courtesy of my sister's cooking experiment)

S: About 10 chocolate chips and 2T of Peanut Butter

Stocky, I just noticed that you're going to be banded tomorrow!!!! I'm so excited for you! You've been doing so well on your pre-surgery diet that you're going to breeze right through being banded. I won't lie, though, the liquid diet really sucks. Cottage cheese never tasted so good after 3 weeks of liquids!

Hey Puddinpie welcome back, it is always an inspiration to see your post. Stocky said that chocolate coconut shake was great but I forgot the company. I know they are listed on Obesity Help.

Kee- are we skipping meals, you know that's not the answer

Monday's meals con't

I lost my mind yesterday morning eating everything....see previous post....I don't know if I posted the potato chips for lunch anyhow.

Early dinner: 1/2 cup chili, salad, Jello

Late dinner: mashed potatoes and peas (restriction would not allow the pork chop)

Tuesday

B: slimfast 180

S: Protein bar/apple 250

L: protein bar/gatorade 345

D: mashed potaoes, peas, jello

exercise: a short walk before TOPS

S: 1 mauna loa chocolate & 1 toffee square (coworker came back from hawaii)

D: chicken marinara with spaghetti squash

S: About 10 more chocolate chips and another tablespoon of peanut butter (gotta stop this obsession!)

Lots and lots of Water

Going in for a fill tomorrow so I can have a bit more restriction. I can eat like a cup and a half!

HEY I had a sausage and a piece of cheese ummmmm ummmm 190

S: 10 grapes 100/ yogurt 200

L: Slimfast 190

D: :hungry: I don't know but it better be good. I'm thinking turkey spaghetti, salad and Jello

850 calories so far.....ummm lot's of calories saved up for dinner. LOL

Wow Kee and Teresa - you guys are doing AWESOME!

Ahhhh... filled bliss right now. My nurse gave me .2 more cc's today! Despite being able to eat a lot I apparently lost 3.5 pounds last week. I'm convinced half of that is vacation weight though (doesn't really count).

Today's meals (on liquids)

B: SF carnation instant BF

L: 14 oz of megatenics chocolate Protein Shake with all-natural Peanut Butter, half a banana, and half a scoop of chocolate Unjury (bring on the protein!)

S: 3 peach slices and 1/4 cup cottage cheese

D: chicken cordon bleu, peas and carrots, Jello salad, and a small peice of chocolate cake (church function dinner)

UPDATE:

I was only supposed to have liquids today because of my fill but I could tell I was open so I went ahead and had solids for dinner at a church function. I just made sure I chewed REALLY well. However, I could still eat like over a cup of food. What's up with these fills??? 2.0 cc's was enough a month ago and now 2.4 isn't cutting it!

uuhhhhhh puddin people normally gain when they come back from vacation...LOL:clap2:

Wow that shake sounded sooooo good. Fills are funny just give it a minute, they kick in when you least expect it.:spit:
