L: cobb salad w/honey mustard dressing, 3 hot wings, soft pretzel,zombie and a shot of patron (bad, bad, bad. the man came down and took me to a carb filled lunch at Cap City Brewery:bored )

D: crabs & steamed shrimp

water: all day

exercise: (AM) 1 mi. walk to work

OK let's see I lost my mind Saturday this is what I ate during the course of the day.

1/2 eggw cheese/2 spoons apple sauce 8:30 (stuck)

apple and dip McDonalds 11am

1/2 burrito- pulled off most of wrap 12

2 slurpees 1 & 4

hot dog - no bun 2

bite of a burger 4

burger pattie wendys 5

trail mix 2:30

KFC mashed potatoes/chicken thigh 7

fresh pineapple 9

If anyone yells at me I will bite you!!!!!

Sunday

Trail Mix 8:15 & 11 &

Ruby Tuesday 12

salad/burger only from a shared colosoul burger (stuck)

D:Tiny pork chop/pasta (pb)

Jello

jelly Beans

2 spoons refried beans/sauce/cheese

Monday

D: 1/2 fried chicken breast, broccoli & mashed potatoes w/cheese

water: all day long

exercise: 4 mile walk

L: baked salmon & garden salad

D: turkey burger w/cheese (no bun) & stir-fry veggies

S: pork rinds

water: all day long

exercise: playground w/the little tyke

L- 1.5 italian sausage, 1egg, 1 string cheese

D- pretzel from Sams Club and a bite of pepperoni pizza

-- Look yall, I tried. but I decided that instead of tormenting myself, I was just gonna eat the dang on pretzel. But I didnt order pizza, as much as I wanted to....:clap2: :clap2: :clap2:

3- mi walk

3/13/06

B- EAS Protein Shake

L- large garden salad

D- 1/2 cup northern Beans and ground turkey

3 mi walk

Water, more water, crystal lite .

Hi there,

Looking at this looks like you know what your doing and doning one hell of a job with weight but here is my problem I new to this sight and no one has even replied to me yet and I have 2 weeks till mine and I would really like some help please with what I can eat and just talking about anything that comes to my mind. So if you have time to help a new bander I would be ever so happy.

crazysexycool you are right she does know what she is talking about. Do you have your band yet if not do you have a date? R u asking what should you eat before banding or after?

I'm excited about weigh in tonight!!!!

      Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
      1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

        All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

      I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.

      Woohoo! I have 7 more days till surgery, So far I am already down a total of 20lbs since I started this journey.
