If I had to tape up signs my entire house would be wall-papered:nervous

Nah, but I put up a mental sign to cut out some of the empty calories (specific cognac) and it has helped w/my weight loss. Considering all my friends are lushes, thats a what...NSVVVVV:p :clap2:

Oprah made me tape signs on the food cabinets and refrigerator that say "THE ANSWER IS NOT HERE" They are helping.

I'm not sharing what I had yesterday, but I did confess to a single soul.

Yeah Stocky that class is a little confusing:phanvan. Don't stress about it, you can call them as much as you need to after surgery. That will be weeks from your surgery that you will be able to eat that much. Your main focus will be drinking, I mean sipping.....not alcohol. :nervous

You guys are doing great with your eating. NSV'S FOR EVERYONE!!!:clap2::clap2::clap2:

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

      2. BlondePatriotInCDA

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
