Teresita 0 Posted December 13, 2005 You sick child, it was so easy. Can of Cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, 2 cans of sliced pototaoes, a bag of mixed veggies and 1/2 bag of broccoli. Ummm ummmm heat it up with a can of 2% milk, add shredded cheese and puur into refrigerator pie shell and cover with pie shell, cover edges with foil so it does not burn and poke holes in top of crust. I am eating a small amount, but it is all bad for me, and yes I am losing weight, but it is not healthy at all. I know this, but still can't seem to make the lifestyle change. After a week of almost Clear liquids, I nearly died of bliss! Otherwise my menu this week is not worth mentioning. If I never drink another smoothie again it will be too soon!
