Nutster_98 0 Posted May 5, 2010 Just introducing myself...my name is Michael and I have been pursuing getting the lap band done. I have already completed the 6 month doctor supervised diet and am waiting for them to submit it to insurance. Hopefully I will get approved and maybe even a June band date??? I have always been overweight. Very excited at the prospect of being much thinner. I also set a goal that when they give me my surgery date....I will quit smoking also.
