If anybody from Alberta has been banded in Mexico could you please tell me if you took the Alberta health Care reimbursement form with you to have the doctor fill out or if you just filled it out yourself when you got back.

I would take it just incase. But when i called alberta health care they told me to make sure i got a receipt that stated everything little thing used(broken down). youll probably get 1200$ covered, anything helps really.
