Calicreme 0 Posted May 1, 2010 Pk3207...no meats during your 2-weeks? Wow!!! I'm allowed to eat beef and a porkchop in which I'm not a fan of. I will be adding s.f popscicles and s.f Jello. The EAS Protein Drink are good and fills me up. What Protein drink or powder do you use?

Mel Mel 0 Posted May 2, 2010 One day at a time.. I have to take it one craving at a time! I'm on day 3 of liquids and one light meal a day and doing well. I've lost a lot a weight this week so my surgeon should be happy. Last night we went to a communion. I didn't have any sugar, cake, or candy. It was buffet style to I had the lemon chicken and salad. I think I did pretty darn well.

Lose to Win 0 Posted May 3, 2010  I am a 40-year-old single mom from Virginia. I am scheduled for a pre-op appt. with Dr. Bruce Schirmer at UVA in June. I've been doing lots of reading, and I think the lap band is for me. Does the band really help with hunger? Does anyone know of any support groups in the central Virginia area?
