feeling unprepared

Is it just me or does anyone else feel unprepared for this life-changing surgery I am about to have? I have all of the paperwork stating what I should eat, when, etc...but I still feel like I am going into it blindfolded. Maybe it is just nerves???? Maybe I will learn as I go??? Maybe my dr. isn't being as informative as he should be??? AHHHHHHHH

I am feeling the exact same way. Don't let it get you down, it's just the realization that the way you ate before has to be changed, and you won't ever be able to go back to the comfort of it... If you get what I'm trying to say. I'm just taking it one day at a time. You have all the information there, just ask questions as they come, we are here to help each other get through this with success! You can do it.
