Hi - just wanted to share the news that I got me surgery date today!!!! Yipee - now as long as the Ins approves it - which it seems like they will and was told by the Dr office that they are easy and get approval in a day or two. I am nervous, happy, scared - all these emotions in one! I get my physc test/nutri meeting and meet with the person who puts you under (which they say you talk with him for 1 to 2 hours – anyone know why this is? ) on May 5th and that starts my 2 weeks liquid diet and then Banded on May 19th.........just thought I would share….you all on her encourage me and I know I can do this 2 week pre op diet :cool:

Congratulations! I'm in the same boat. I'm scheduled for May 5th and am waiting on insurance approval. I should know by the end of the week.
