I'm Jon and I have a surgery date set for May 4. I have been reading here a lot and decided to join and to introduce myself.

Dr. Adolfo "Fuzz" Fernandez is my surgeon at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. I have been on a 4 week before my 21 day pre-op diet and have lost 20 lbs in 28 days!

I look forward to recieving advice and help from folks here as I will need it.
