If you are interested in the Lap-Band, you may want to attend the 3rd annual SWLC Symposium. It’s open to guests and you don’t have to be banded to attend. It’s a full day of educational and inspirational sessions from experts in the weight loss field. It’s a great opportunity to hear patient stories and meet with other members of the Lap-Band community. Registration includes Breakfast, lunch buffet, cocktail reception, gift bags and door prizes. The Symposium will take place on Saturday, May 15th 2010 at the Sheraton Toronto Airport Hotel & Conference Centre located at 801 Dixon Road in Toronto. Tickets are $100 per person.       Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive).
