shadst8 8 Posted April 12, 2010 (edited) Down a pound--I am proud of that because I did not weigh last week for my Tuesday weigh-ins until this past Saturday because of TOM, so this morning I had already lost another pound since Saturday in addition to the 1.6 on Saturday. gingerjane 5 Posted April 12, 2010 Is it too late to join the challenge? If not, I'd love to be in. I didn't see this thread until today. :thumbup: Anyway - I'd like to set mine at 13 lbs. I've got a month and my first fill coming up - should be able to do that I hope! Today I'm 257.6. If I lose 13 lbs, that takes me down to approximately 244. (I'd love to see 240 by then!) newbegins10 0 Posted April 12, 2010 I'm down 2 yeah!! was at a standstill. I know for me it has been making sure I get 60-70 g of Protein a day. Now just got to get alittle more exercise in as well.
